This Privacy Policy explains how 7vn Designs LLC (“7vn Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the EverCore mobile application and official website.
1. Information you provide
EverCore may process information you enter into the app, including product URLs, affiliate links, store names, generated content, product pack content, support messages, setup status, and preferences.
2. Credentials and connected services
EverCore may allow you to enter API keys or access tokens for third-party services such as AI providers, product research services, and GitHub. The current product design stores supported credentials on your device using secure device storage where available. EverCore does not require users to send these credentials to 7vn Designs servers.
When you use a connected service, information necessary to complete your request may be transmitted directly to that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Product and publishing information
Product URLs, affiliate links, descriptions, images, categories, SEO content, social content, and shop listings may be processed to build product packs and publish your Mini Shop. Content you publish publicly may be visible to anyone and indexed by search engines.
4. Usage, diagnostics, and analytics
EverCore may process app activity needed to operate features such as setup progress, queue status, publishing state, click counts, Core recommendations, error reporting, and performance diagnostics. The exact App Store privacy disclosures will be maintained in App Store Connect and updated when data practices change.
5. Affiliate links
EverCore is built for affiliate marketing. Published shops may contain affiliate links. When visitors click those links, the destination merchant or affiliate network may collect information under its own privacy policy. EverCore does not control merchant checkout systems, purchase tracking, commission decisions, or affiliate-network cookies.
6. How information is used
- Provide product analysis, content generation, queue, publishing, Mini Shop, and Core features.
- Save user settings and workflow progress.
- Respond to support requests and investigate bugs.
- Protect the app, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers selected by you, infrastructure providers necessary to operate the website or app, or authorities when legally required.
8. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored app data may remain on your device until you delete it, reset the app, remove the app, or use available deletion controls. Publicly published content may remain in your GitHub repository or other publishing destination until you remove it there. 9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the product design, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, API keys, access tokens, affiliate accounts, GitHub accounts, and connected-service credentials.
10. Children
EverCore is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International users
Information may be processed in the United States and in locations where your selected providers operate.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as EverCore changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are published.
