These Terms govern your use of EverCore, provided by 7vn Designs LLC. By using EverCore, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose
EverCore provides tools for affiliate product research, content generation, workflow management, publishing, storefront creation, click tracking, and AI-assisted recommendations.
2. No earnings guarantee
EverCore does not guarantee traffic, approval into affiliate programs, search ranking, sales, commissions, revenue, profit, or business success. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
3. User accounts and third-party services
You are responsible for your accounts with AI providers, GitHub, affiliate networks, merchants, product research providers, and other connected services. You must comply with their terms, fees, policies, and eligibility requirements.
4. User content
You retain responsibility for product links, affiliate links, generated content, shop content, images, claims, disclosures, and anything you publish. You must review AI-generated content before use and ensure it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and compliant with platform and affiliate-program rules.
5. Affiliate compliance
You are responsible for using clear affiliate disclosures and complying with advertising, consumer-protection, endorsement, merchant, and affiliate-network requirements. EverCore is a tool and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use EverCore to violate law, impersonate others, publish deceptive claims, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, interfere with services, steal credentials, or promote prohibited products or conduct.
7. AI output
AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable. You are responsible for review and final decisions. EverCore and 7vn Designs LLC are not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output.
8. Availability
Features may depend on internet access and third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Intellectual property
EverCore’s software, branding, design, documentation, and original materials belong to 7vn Designs LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of EverCore.
10. Disclaimer
EverCore is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7vn Designs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from EverCore, third-party services, affiliate accounts, lost credentials, publishing errors, content, or business outcomes.
12. Termination
You may stop using EverCore at any time. We may restrict access for misuse, legal risk, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
