Use Queue to review, organize, complete, archive, and publish Product Pack content.

Your staging area
Queue separates content creation from public publishing. It gives you time to review the output, make changes, and decide where each asset belongs.
Draft
Draft means the content still needs work. Use this status when facts, tone, formatting, or channel details have not been approved.
Focus on understanding the purpose of this step. You can return to the details whenever you need them.
Review
Review means the item is close but needs a final check. Confirm the affiliate link, disclosure, image, title, product availability, and claims.
Completed
Completed means the content is approved for its intended use. A completed item can be copied to its channel or prepared for Mini Shop publishing.
Archived
Archived removes old or unused content from the active workflow without treating it as current work. Archive expired products, rejected drafts, and campaigns you no longer plan to use.
Keep one source of truth
Avoid making unrelated copies of the same content outside Queue before approval. Update the Queue item first so the version you publish is the version you reviewed.
